One thing that really upsets us at Volcom is hearing stories from our customers that ordered Volcom product on a scam website. We work hard to shut these fake dealers down with our Legal department.
If you would like to report a fake reseller, (which we encourage you to do), please fill out this form. We need as much information as possible. Please send us an email directly [email protected] containing:
- Website address
- Copy the link in http(s).
- Your Comment and on how you found this website
- Add a comment and please send over all the screenshots you can get, since these will help us make a solid claim to request a take down. We need as much information from your side as possible about the site.
