Can I exchange a product that arrived defective?Updated 2 months ago

Yes, it is possible. When requesting an exchange, you must specify the reason, upload photos showing the defect and the general condition of the product, and write a comment explaining your request.

After verification on our part, the exchange procedure will be sent by email.

If you wish to exchange a defective product ordered more than 30 days ago (once the normal return/exchange period has expired), please contact our customer service department at [email protected].
