Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve sizes when requesting an exchange.

Exchange requests are subject to availability at the time of processing. Stock may vary during the time between when your request is made, the carrier delivers your return to us, our warehouse receives and validates the goods, and the new order is created and prepared.

Please note that our warehouse serves the entire European region and that we receive orders every day. The influx of returns may also affect availability, as a product that is out of stock may be restocked following returns.

If we are unable to honour the exchange, a refund for the product will be issued on your order.
