How do I return one or more articles?Updated 2 months ago
If you placed an order over 75€ on volcom.eu, Volcom takes in charge the shipping return. Otherwise, the customer will bear the costs to the return to our warehouse in France.
You can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund.To make your return click on this link and follow the online steps:
Note that we do not offer exchanges, we invite you to place a new order to purchase another size or colour.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our Logistics department, you will get a confirmation e-mail and a refund will be completed as soon as possible via the method of payment used to place the order
Note: Volcom will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete articles (label and original transparent packaging required).
