How do I return one or more articles?

How long do I have to return my order?

When you receive your parcel, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can partially or totally return it within the 30 days after receiving it. Any return made later than that will not be treated and the item will be returned to you.

Can I exchange an item?

Currently, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can refuse the delivery or send back your unwanted item/s in order to receive a refund, and then place a new order.
