The return costs are at Volcom's expense for orders above 75€. 

The client, after having followed the return process online, will receive an email with a prepaid return label along with the return instructions.

The return costs are at the customer's expense for orders below 75€.

After having followed the return process online, the customer will have to choose a carrier to send back his articles(s). Returns without any prepaid label will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The return reference RMA or the order number starting with VL... must be clearly indicated inside the parcel. If not, the return shall not be processed.
